Off-Site Pickup Requirements Items Located at 12363 Highway 56, Elgin, Iowa 52141 Scheduled pickup and loadout dates for items located at 12363 Highway 56, Elgin, Iowa 52141 will be Thursday, June 25th through Saturday, June 27th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST. Payment for items located at the Elgin location may be made either at the Elgin location during scheduled loadout hours or at Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. All items located at this location must be removed within twenty (20) days of the auction date and no later than Wednesday, July 15th at 4:30 PM CST. Any pickups occurring between June 28th and July 15th at the Elgin location will be conducted without loading assistance from Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. Buyers are solely responsible for providing any equipment, labor, or assistance necessary to load and remove purchased items.
