Some items may be new or unused; however, boxes may be damaged and items may have scratches, imperfections, minor damage, or missing parts. BID ACCORDINGLY. Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC Payment Hours: • Thursday, June 25th: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST • Friday, June 26th: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST • Saturday, June 27th: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST • Monday, June 29th: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST (Payments must be received no later than 4:30 PM CST) All items must be paid for in full before any items will be released or loaded. On-Site Pickup Hours (33587 Highway 13, Strawberry Point, Iowa 52076): • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST • Saturday, June 27th ONLY: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST Loading assistance may be available for select on-site items located at Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC; however, buyers are responsible for bringing adequate trailers, tie-downs, labor, and equipment necessary to safely transport their purchases. Pickup Deadline for On-Site Items Only All purchased on-site items located at 33587 Highway 13, Strawberry Point, Iowa 52076 must be removed within thirty (30) days of the auction date and no later than Friday, July 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM CST. Items not removed by the stated deadline may be subject to storage fees, resale, or disposal at the discretion of Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. NON-PAYING / DEADBEAT BIDDERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Bidding privileges may be revoked and further action taken.
