Buyers should carefully review each item's description, as some items may be located at designated off-site locations with different payment, pickup, loading assistance, and removal requirements. Pickup Deadline for On-Site Items Only All purchased on-site items located at 33587 Highway 13, Strawberry Point, Iowa 52076 must be removed within thirty (30) days of the auction date and no later than Friday, July 24, 2026, at 4:30 PM CDT. Items not removed by the stated deadline may be subject to storage fees, resale, or disposal at the discretion of Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Elgin Location Pickup, Loadout, Payment, and Removal Information Scheduled pickup and loadout dates for items located at 12363 Highway 56, Elgin, Iowa 52141 will be Thursday, June 25th from 12-3, and Friday, June 26th – Saturday, June 27th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CDT. Any pickups occurring between June 28, 2026 and July 15, 2026 at the Elgin location will be conducted without loading assistance from Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. To gain access to the property from Sunday, June 28th – Wednesday, July 15th after purchases have been completed, contact information will be provided to coordinate a pickup time prior to arrival. Payment for items located at this Elgin location may be made either at the Elgin location during scheduled loadout hours or at Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. Buyers are solely responsible for providing any equipment, labor, or assistance necessary to load and remove purchased items unless loading assistance is specifically stated as available. Buyers are solely responsible for providing any labor, tools, equipment, trailers, tie-downs, or assistance necessary to load and remove their purchases. Buyers must wait a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours after payment has been received and processed before attempting to pick up items from this location. This waiting period is required to allow notification and verification of payment with the Seller. No items will be released until payment has been received, processed, and verified. All items located at this location must be removed within twenty (20) days of the auction date and no later than Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 4:30 PM CDT. A valid Iowa Permit to Carry Weapons or Permit to Acquire Pistols/Revolvers may be presented, if applicable. If a qualifying permit is not provided, a background check will be conducted prior to transfer as required by law. All federal, state, and local firearm laws apply.
