Payment for Firearms Paid receipt must be presented to Stronghold. All firearm purchases must be paid in full to Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC prior to transfer. Stronghold Corp. is responsible only for completing the firearm transfer and will not accept payment for firearms purchased through this auction. All firearm transfers will be completed by appointment only at Stronghold Corp.'s shop located in Elkader, Iowa. A valid Iowa Permit to Carry Weapons or Permit to Acquire Pistols/Revolvers may be presented, if applicable. If a qualifying permit is not provided, a background check will be conducted prior to transfer as required by law. All federal, state, and local firearm laws apply. Firearms will not be released until full payment has been received by Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC and all transfer requirements have been satisfied. Paid receipt must be presented to Stronghold.
